‘The best decision I took to improve my health and fitness was to email Mike and book sessions and I’ve never looked back. I look forward my time wherein Mike shows true professionalism, support, care, ambition and motivation every time we meet. The sessions are fun and tailored and always offer a variation to inspire and you walk away with a huge sense of achievement. Mike’s words of encouragement never stop and his open, honest and realistic approach to everything together with his zero tolerance to nonsense is commendable. I have the utmost respect for Mike and highly recommend to everyone.

He sets realistic goals and encourages every step of the way, even outside of our PT sessions. Mike keeps his sessions varied and interesting.
